Ok I have been trying to buy a laptop from Dell.com here in London, UK, and though I am using the same account login information as I have done in the past, and spent thousands in the past for both the company and myself to purchase PC's and Laptops, they can not offer even a 5% discount?
This is sick and sad, especially since they claim to help students and for a student they actually charge more than their special offers. Here is a discussion with a dell.com representative......
Oh and the best part is when I asked for them to talk to the manager they replied with "there is nothing else we can do" and I asked for the managers name and number and this is what I got......
